Lori is a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Connecticut. She provides online mentoring and transformational coaching to individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations worldwide. She is also available for speaking engagements of any size.
With a longstanding focus on relationships and human connection, Lori has gathered extensive insight through years of client work and informal research. This perspective inspired her course for singles, Finding Deep Connection which explores the idea that we view others not as they are, but through the lens of our own beliefs and assumptions.
A Story of Hope and Innate Health
At 28, Lori was diagnosed with dysthymia (chronic depression) following the sudden death of her mother and the end of a significant relationship—events not considered during the evaluation. This was just before antidepressants like Prozac became common, and she endured two difficult years without medication.
Everything changed after attending a talk by the late Sydney Banks, whose insights offered her a powerful new understanding of mental well-being. Lori’s story is featured in Beyond Diagnosis: A Paradigm Shift from Pathology to Innate Health, where she shares how her experience became a turning point. Her journey offers hope to others: emotional suffering is not a life sentence.
Today, Lori facilitates an online group focused on the Teachings of Sydney Banks (free of charge for members of UWC) and she co-leads (with a male so you get two perspectives) her course for singles (a 50% discount code will be supplied for members of UWC). She is co-author of Healthy Thinking, Feeling, Doing from the Inside-Out and The Secret of Love, and author of It's an Inside-Out World. She co-leads trainings for anyone interested in deepening their 3 Principles understanding to become a coach, author, trainer, or speaker. She and Jack Pransky ran five weekend trainings that spanned over six weekends.

Allan Flood is a transformational coach, collaborative grant-writer/consultant and the author of the globally popular book Perfect Misfortune, how I found hope and healing in the teachings of Sydney Banks and the Three Principles. He knows from his own 45-year journey with multiple sclerosis how even life’s toughest challenges (chronic disease, health issues) can hold the seeds of healing. He met Sydney Banks (founder of the Three Principles) in 1978. The experience was transforming and showed him the truth and power of state-of-mind as a healing force.
Allan has extensive experience with non-profits and businesses and has worked with people and groups with a wide range of personal health and addiction challenges. He has authored two successful books ("Perfect Misfortune" and "Management by Inspiration"). His teaching and coaching style is down-to-earth, honest, and grounded in grace, humility, and often a good dose of humor.
Allan lives with his wife, Nancy, a rescue Yorkie (Lisa) and three once-feral cats (Collier, Skitty and Wesley) in Bend, Oregon.

Stewart brings more than 35 years of business leadership to his work sharing the Three Principles understanding with individuals and communities in need. As co-owner and executive of two successful companies based in Yonkers, New York—just north of NYC—he built teams by hiring directly from the local community, including many who had faced serious challenges. By offering steady employment, fair pay, and a culture of dignity and respect, he witnessed firsthand how a supportive work environment could help people turn their lives around.
Stewart was introduced to the Three Principles through his twin brother, Mark, who had personally met Sydney Banks and studied his teachings for many years. Inspired by the simplicity and transformative nature of this understanding, Stewart saw a new path toward fulfilling his lifelong dream of helping others.
Following the sale of his last business in 2021, he founded the New York Peace Project. Through the Peace Project, Stewart offers workshops, consultations, and resources that help individuals reconnect with their innate well-being. The organization also partners with community groups, provides transformative books and materials, and shares inspiring conversations. Visitors can explore all offerings via the New York Peace Project Linktree—including opportunities to donate, join the mailing list, and book free consultations.
Stewart’s recent work includes ongoing workshops with justice-impacted individuals at the Fortune Society and collaborations with organizations such as Argus Community, Baltic Street Wellness Solutions, and Lifting Up Westchester.
